Anne Pro ii USB Device Not Recognized

I got this keyboard 3 weeks ago and today suddenly information technology did non plow on with the calculator. Read another posts and changed cables, zilch. Changed ports, nil. Windows settings updates, nothing. Every time I plug it in it says "USB Device Not Recognized". In device manager it says "Unknown USB Device (Invalid Device Descriptor). Has anyone actually been able to ready this issue?

I had the same result. All u have to do is wink the firmware past property the esc primal as you are turning on ur computer. Install the second latest update, and so the latest. If I tried the latest one first, it wouldn't work

ok and so I got this keyboard yesterday and information technology is giving me this problem. how should i install the 2d latest update when it wont connect due to the Device not recognized event.

and also wht do u mean by the esc hold affair

I tin can't cheers enough for this. Really, I was really really worried bc my AP2 was working fine until terminal Sunday and today it became but a nice looking brick. I am still not able to update to the terminal stable firmware, since this turns the AP2 back to a brick, but only beingness capable to apply it, fifty-fifty if in an old firmware is actually good. Thanks and so much dude. This worked for me, although i but installed the second to the latest 1. It seems that the latest update is the 1 that's causing issues for me.

Do you lot mean that the anne pro 2 should exist continued to the pc when the pc is off, and hopld escape while its truning on or what?

I had this issue. Changing to a different usb-c cable did the trick. The original that came with information technology seems to always charge the keyboard or a phone, simply fails to properly connect data and would give the aforementioned fault you describe. Information technology also worked merely fine in the offset. I was really frustrated too since I didn't think it was the cable. Drivers, firmware etc never fixed it. Only the cable.

Didn't think it could be the cable then yous gave me the thought and changing it worked for me! Cheers and then much, before that I was holding ESC everywhere like an idiot

Thank y'all sooo much ma dude. I waited similar a fucking month for this keyboard to transport, and not even a 15 days in the fucking USB is like nope that shit is broken my guy. Once again if it wasn't for yous I would be on the phone blasphemous at the Anne Pro customer support employers in fucking Serbian. Y'all da man dude.
